MES machine data acquisition, step 6: process values

Process value samples from machines are stored behind a ProcessValueStore contract (relational driver by default), rolled up into minute and hour aggregates, pruned by retention, and summarised permanently per operation so a lot can be traced to the process parameters it was made with.
